We offer a dedicated 1-1 onboarding call with our co-founder, Georgie, to help you set up your Rehearsable Creator space.

We'll chat through what you want to achieve with Rehearsable, and work together to create your first AI learner experience. Our aim is to get you delivering aha-moment experiences for your learners as quickly as possible.

You can book this in before starting or anytime during your free trial (the earlier, the better, to help you make the most of your trial).

When learners use your scenarios to practise their skills, we use AI providers (OpenAI or Anthropic) to generate responses, role-play messages, and feedback reports. These providers charge us based on your usage, and we pass these costs through to you whilst giving you transparency and controls to manage your costs.

What's included

Each plan includes a monthly AI usage allowance:

• Creator: $19/month included in your plan
• Creator Plus: $49/month included in your plan

If you exceed your included usage, we'll charge any additional usage as overages at the model provider rates with a 15% service fee.

You're in control

You only pay for what you and your learners use. This means your AI usage costs should only grow as you and your learners get increasing value from your use of Rehearsable.

We give you full transparency and controls to manage your costs:

• Your Plans & Billing page lets you track your costs at any time, set maximum spend limits and notification levels
• Your AI Usage dashboard helps you understand your costs, with breakdown by scenarios and user groups
• You can choose the most suitable AI model for each scenario (balancing cost and complexity)
• You can adjust the length of your instructions ('prompts') to the AI
• You can set a maximum number of messages per conversation, or conversations per learner, for fair usage

You can create as many scenarios as you like in your Creator space; you'll only be charged for the number of scenarios you publish to your courses for learners to access.

Each plan has an included number of published scenarios, and an overage cost per additional published scenario:

• Creator: 5 published scenarios included; $12/month per additional published scenario
• Creator Plus: 30 published scenarios included; $10/month per additional published scenario

Your bill will be calculated on the anniversary of your subscription start date each month.

Each bill will include:

• Your base subscription fee, for the upcoming month
• Overages for any additional AI usage, from the previous month
• Overages for any additional published scenarios, from the previous month

You can view your current AI usage and scenario overages at any time from your Plans & Billing page.

Absolutely! You can change your plan or cancel your subscription at any time from your Plans & Billing page. You'll have access to the end of your current billing period.
