Will it work for the skills I teach?

How do I stop the AI giving feedback I wouldn't give?

Our AI Design Assistant can auto-generate your feedback criteria from your existing training content to ensure it closely follows your expertise and tone of voice. You have full flexibility to create and edit criteria, test feedback for different skill levels, and teach the AI how to give feedback like your expert trainers would for both tone and content.

Once live with learners, you can schedule regular AI Insights reports to analyse the feedback quality and make any adjustments based on real-world examples.

Can learners practise with voice or video?

Yes - learners can type, speak, or practise with an AI avatar (Beta). You can choose the options available to learners for each scenario, and learners can use multiple modes:

✍️ Text-based practice can be useful for a learner's first practice where they need time to intentionally think, reflect and plan their response
🎤 Speaking practice adds a layer of realism for voice conversations, as learners need to listen carefully to the AI's responses, hear cues in their tone of voice, and practise responding under pressure
🤖 Practising with an AI avatar (Beta) mimics a video call, where learners practise face-to-face with a lifelike AI character
